When transacting business with the Credit Union, you must provide valid proof of identification. This may be in the form of a valid passport, driver's licence or voter registration i.d.

If you have changed your address or telephone numbers, please let us know. This must however be communicated to us in writing.

If you have changed your name by whatever means, you must provide proof of name change, before it can be effected. For example, if you have recently been married and has a change of name, a copy of the marriage certificate will be required. We will not be able to effect the change until this is received.

If you have not been receiving messages from us via your cell phone, please call us. You will be added to our database, so up-to-the-minute information will be forwarded to you.
